Aineisto kerättiin The Measure of Processes of Care for Service Providers -itsearviointimittarilla (MPOC-SP), jolla kysyttiin palveluntuottajilta, kuinka paljon he olivat toteuttaneet asiakaslähtöisiä toimintatapoja yhteistyössään lasten vanhempien kanssa.
